PAYMENT POLICY:
US Issued Credit Cards:
We accept all major US issues credit cards (American Express, VISA, Master Card, Discover)
We encourage our customers to use the same shipping address as the billing address on the credit card statement – this helps us process your order faster and ensures fraud prevention for your protection.
If you must ship to an alternate address, other then your billing address on the credit card – you are welcome to submit the order and one of our order processing staff will contact you for further procedures to authorize the alternate shipping address.
Non US Issued Credit Cards:
Due to the complexity of international credit card verification, each card and each Country is unique. You are welcome to place your order online to reserve the product and one of our specialized International representatives will contact you prior to processing your order and/or charging the credit card.
In cases where we are not able to verify your credit card, we will ask you for a different form of payment method (your specialized International rep will discuss this in detail).
Equipment Hall Inc. has internal Fraud Prevention procedures that are not discussed in our main policy. Each and every order is thoroughly checked and evaluated for cardholder’s protection.
Equipment Hall Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion when we feel it violates our Fraud Prevention policy in any way, shape, or form.
