Returns and Warranty HEADING_TITLE

Return Policy:

 

  1. Return period is 30 days from the date of invoice for all items, unless otherwise specified in the item description.
  2. RMA Number is required for all returns (option available in order history, in customer account once logged in – email RMA@EquipmentHall.com if any problems).
  3. Customer is responsible for the following:

A. Proper Packaging of returned goods.

B. Meeting time frames of RMA and Warranty periods.

C. Providing the return reason and a detailed description of the problem.

D. Ensuring all accessories are returned with the product.

E. Ensuring RMA number is visible in the address/shipping label.

  1. All non-defective items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. All refused packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  3. All returns past 30 days from date of invoice are non-refundable, manufacturer's warranty still applies as per warranty policy.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where restocking fee applies.
  5. Equipment Hall Inc. reserves the right to make a decision based on our certified technicians' test results, whether to repair (by sending to the manufacturer), replace, or refund in accordance with our return and warranty policy.
  6. Products that have been physically damaged, abused, neglected, burned, misused, repaired, and/or modified in any way, shape, or form, will not be accepted back and warranty will be voided.
  7. Opened retail software will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  8. All open Media (tapes, CDs, DVDs, Video/Audio tapes, cartridges) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Tech Support:

  1. Equipment Hall Inc. does not offer any sort of technical support and will not be held liable for any technical advice. We do not guarantee any product compatibility and research must be done by the buyer prior to making a purchase.

 

Warranty:

 

  1. After the 30 day return period is over, new retail product is supported directly by the manufacturer and may be returned directly to the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
  2. Refurbished product is covered by a 90-day manufacturer's warranty.
  3. Used products fall under same warranty policy as Refurbished product.
  4. No warranty for any product with warranty sticker and/or serial number removed by customer.
  5. No warranty for any product that has been physically abused as described in Return policy #6.
