SHIPPING POLICY:
Most of our product is shipped directly from our warehouse in Seattle WA, USA.
Our primary carrier is DHL, and USPS is always available for military APO and FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. There are times where Equipment Hall drop-ships the items directly from distribution warehouse. If any delays or backorders occur in situations where we must drop-ship from Distribution, customer will be notified in advance. CUT-OFF times for DHL Next Day Air, Second day Air, and 3-Day Select is 2:00pm (PST) CUT-OFF time for DHL Ground is 4:30pm (PST) 3rd party Freight accounts are welcome under certain conditions: We only accept 3rd party Freight accounts that are associated with Purchase Order. We do not offer this service for online purchases. Company that wishes to ship on their own carrier account must submit a Purchase order by Fax or by email to their assigned Sales Person. Equipment Hall Inc is closed on weekends and all major holidays. You are welcome to email us during these times and we will reply to you within 48 business hours.
